Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols around both internal and external hotel areas to detect and manage any safety hazards, security threats, or undesirable situations.
• Coordinate and support responses to emergency situations, including fires, medical crises, and security-related incidents.
• Lead, train, and schedule the security team, fostering a high-performance environment through effective supervision and guidance.
• Conduct initial investigations of incidents by collecting information and documenting findings accurately for reporting purposes.
• Promote a culture of safety by encouraging strict adherence to security protocols and best practices among team members.
• Provide direct security support and cover duties of security officers when necessary.
