Security Supervisor

Role Overview

The Security Supervisor for KSA and Bahrain will oversee day-to-day management of security personnel, activities, and contractors supporting H&P's operations across multiple sites including the Dammam Base, Bahrain Camp, stack yards, housing compounds, and other premises with security requirements.

This role includes responsibility for monitoring and managing physical security systems such as CCTV, access control, and related equipment to safeguard H&P assets on site. The supervisor will collaborate closely with local H&P teams to ensure operational security needs and stakeholder expectations are met effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, International Affairs/Relations/Business, Emergency Management, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Certification as a Physical Security Professional (PSP) is desirable but not mandatory.
• 10 to 15 years of professional experience in security management, government security agencies, or military service with an emphasis on critical infrastructure protection.
• Proven expertise in threat assessment and implementation of mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of security policies, procedures, and duty of care operations.
• Strong foundation in physical security principles and operational practices.
• Familiarity with security systems technology, including video surveillance, detection, and recording solutions.
• Previous involvement in managing or executing technical security projects is advantageous.
