• Document incidents and daily operations comprehensively.
• Assist with crowd management during busy periods, promotional events, or special occasions.
• Ensure emergency exits and fire safety tools are unobstructed and functional.
• Collaborate with store leadership and law enforcement agencies as needed.
• Deliver friendly customer service while maintaining authoritative security presence.
• Apply and uphold organizational policies and safety guidelines consistently.
