Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the property to ensure safety and security for guests, residents, and assets
- Serve as the primary responder to alarms, medical emergencies, and other incidents on-site
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive matters encountered during duties
- Carry out thorough internal investigations of incidents, providing clear and objective shift or event reports
- Identify and address immediate safety concerns proactively
- Document accurate notes and logs, ensuring smooth communication between shifts
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to uphold security standards
Requirements
- Possess a valid Guard Card issued by the State of Hawaii
- CPR and First Aid certification required; company provides certification within 90 days of hire
- Valid Hawaii state driver's license
- Availability to work five days per week covering afternoon, evening, or overnight shifts
