Responsibilities
- Conduct property patrols to ensure the safety of guests, owners, and assets
- Serve as the first responder to property alarms, medical emergencies, and incidents
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Carry out thorough internal investigations and prepare detailed, objective reports for each shift or event
- Identify and resolve safety hazards promptly; respond to incidents and provide emergency first aid when necessary
- Keep accurate notes and logs, and ensure effective handoffs between shifts
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Guard Card issued by the State of Hawaii
- CPR and First Aid certification required; training will be provided within the first 90 days if needed
- Possess a current Hawaii driver’s license
- Availability to work five days per week, including afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts
