Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members to share observations and feedback with staff and management to meet guests’ needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing exceptional service to guests is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences above standard expectations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, with legible writing.
