Security Officer

Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join 14Forty on a full-time basis, contracted for 42 hours weekly. This role involves applying your expertise to maintain safety for our customers, employees, and facilities, while also delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Monitor access and egress points of buildings and the surrounding area.
• Conduct safe and efficient security operations.
• Safeguard the premises at all times.
• Assist the public with general inquiries.
• Act as a representative of 14Forty and uphold the company’s positive brand image.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Hold a valid SIA license or meet the requirements to obtain one.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrate perseverance and resilience.
• Have prior experience in excellent customer service delivery.
• Maintain a smart and professional appearance.
• Show self-motivation and an excellent capacity for teamwork.
• Work well under pressure.
• Have keen attention to detail.
• Understand laws, health and safety standards relevant to security and criminal operations.

Shift Patterns and Working Hours

Your schedule will follow a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern.
