Job description
Overview
This position requires working onsite at the designated location, with no option for remote work. The role involves supervising security operations and coordinating related activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of security measures.
Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule work shifts and tasks effectively.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as necessary for equipment and facilities.
- Provide assistance to clients and guests with special requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cohesive operations.
- Ensure proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery used within the security operations.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards and operational productivity.
- Supervise the cleaning of specialized and challenging items.
- Prepare detailed progress and operational reports regularly.
- Manage requisitioning and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Address workplace challenges, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Oversee operation of mechanical devices and machinery within scope.
- Lead, coordinate, schedule, and, when necessary, review the work activities of staff.
- Perform washing or dry-cleaning of relevant industrial or household articles as needed.
Qualifications and Credentials
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Minimum one to two years of relevant experience in supervisory or security roles.
- Possession of a valid Security Guard License.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
