Job description
Role Overview
The Security Guard position at Atharva Facility Management and Security involves comprehensive monitoring and control of entry and exit points, crowd and traffic management, safety enforcement, and emergency response duties within the hospital premises in Mumbai. This role ensures a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff by strictly implementing security protocols and maintaining vigilance across multiple hospital zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulate access by verifying and issuing visitor, relative, vendor, and contractor passes while ensuring no unauthorized items enter the premises.
- Provide assistance and directions to visitors and patients, facilitating smooth navigation within the hospital.
- Manage vehicle flow and parking, enforcing proper parking rules, especially for emergency and authorized vehicles.
- Oversee visitor movement inside the hospital to prevent congestion and uphold a peaceful environment conducive to patient care.
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain premises safety, preventing entry of unauthorized individuals and monitoring for suspicious activities.
- Respond to emergencies by participating in drills, evacuations, and providing support during fire, medical, or security threats.
- Maintain detailed records of visitors, goods, vehicles, and security incidents, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to procedures.
- Coordinate effectively with security teams and hospital staff, reporting issues promptly and upholding hospital safety policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and comply with all hospital security standards and protocols.

Compensation
