About the Role
We are currently searching for dedicated Security Guards to join our team serving the cement industry. Positions are open across multiple locations including Kodad, Jaggayyapeta, and Dachepally. This opportunity offers a stable career with a monthly salary range of ₹15,000 to ₹23,000, along with benefits such as four weekly off days, free accommodation, canteen subsidies, and overtime pay. Immediate commencement of duties is available for suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the security of the factory grounds and control access at entry and exit points.
- Safeguard the well-being of all employees and visitors within the premises.
- Perform regular patrols and promptly report any unusual or suspicious incidents.
- Maintain detailed logs of visitors and vehicle movements on-site.
- Adhere strictly to established safety protocols and security procedures.
Eligibility Requirements
- Basic literacy, including the ability to read and write.
- Good physical condition suited for the demands of security work.
- Open to both fresh graduates and those with prior experience in similar roles.
