Job Overview
8 Directions Security Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Security Guard based in Sector 1 Noida within the Delhi-NCR region. This position requires round-the-clock vigilance during a 12-hour shift from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a monthly salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹16,000. Candidates both experienced and freshers are encouraged to apply, with basic education preferred.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the security and safety of the site premises.
- Monitor entry and exit points vigilantly.
- Check visitors thoroughly before granting access.
- Oversee CCTV footage and maintain active surveillance of security areas.
- Promptly report any incidents or suspicious activities to the supervisor.
- Maintain alertness and remain actively engaged throughout the duty period.
- Adhere strictly to dress code by wearing uniform and ID card with proper grooming.
- Do not abandon the designated post without authorized permission.
Requirements
- Must be physically fit and active to perform duties effectively.
- Demonstrate punctuality and discipline consistently during duty hours.
- Availability for full 30 days of duty as stipulated.
