Key Responsibilities

• Participate in delivering cybersecurity projects in line with the service catalogue.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and manage security engineering challenges effectively.
• Provide guidance on new technology designs, implementation plans, and deployment schedules within system environments.
• Coordinate with customers during initial installation and testing phases of developed solutions or products.
• Alert leadership promptly about potential issues and follow-on business opportunities.
• Ensure timely and scoped delivery of consulting services.
• Continuously expand skills and stay updated on relevant technologies and market solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of two years professional experience preferably in professional services, cybersecurity, or the technology sector.
• Knowledge of architecture, design, implementation, and integration involving security, network, and mobility solutions such as endpoint protection, firewalls, web application firewalls, network access control, data center infrastructure, wireless technologies, SD-WAN, internet connectivity, unified communications, and remote access.
• Effective skills in stakeholder communication and engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to develop scalable and sustainable solutions addressing complex operational challenges.
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability to overcome setbacks in an agile manner.
