This is a full-time, permanent position within the Housekeeping department. Key Responsibilities

• Handle repairs for all uniforms, linen, and related items, ensuring impeccable presentation for guests.
• Provide tailoring support for guests as requested, including minor fixes by collaborating with the Valet team.
• Distribute, adjust, label, and order uniforms for colleagues, managing inventory and documentation accurately.
• Inspect items to confirm cleanliness, absence of stains, and that no damage exists.
• Support laundry and linen room operations as needed.
• Maintain thorough records including monthly uniform reports, inventory counts, and identification of missing, damaged, or stained items.
• Follow up on outstanding uniform items and ensure prompt delivery and return.
• Keep all work areas organized, tidy, and stocked appropriately.
• Uphold and embody company values of passion, respect, creativity, teamwork, and personality in daily activities.

• Hold a minimum of a high school diploma.
• Bring at least 3 years of experience working in the luxury hotel sector.
