Role Overview

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our technical team to oversee and facilitate the effective execution of our product’s technical development lifecycle using Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical product lifecycle and ensure smooth execution of related tasks.
• Plan and conduct all Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
• Maintain documentation of Scrum events and monitor sprint progress and outcomes.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress and protect the team from distractions.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a closely related field.
• At least 4 years of practical Agile methodology experience, including a minimum of 2 years functioning as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) qualifications are highly desirable.
• Practical experience working with Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
