About the Role
We seek a seasoned Project Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise IT projects within specified timelines, budgets, scope, and quality expectations. This role demands expertise in project governance, managing stakeholders, and delivering client-focused results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion and formal closure.
- Plan and oversee project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate efforts among technical teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Track project progress, manage risks, resolve issues and dependencies, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Handle scope modifications while maintaining alignment with overall project goals.
- Organize project meetings and regularly communicate status updates to management and clients.
- Promote efficient communication and collaboration among all involved parties.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including RAID logs and governance reports.
- Facilitate prompt resolution of project issues, risks, and escalations.
- Oversee smooth project handover and closure processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 to 8 years' demonstrated experience in managing IT projects.
- Proven track record of successfully handling enterprise-level IT initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong capabilities in client, stakeholder, vendor, and team management.
- Practical use of project management software such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps or equivalents.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
