About the Role
We offer an exciting opportunity for a Schedules Coordinator to join the Seven Canberra team. This position involves supporting our regional broadcast markets during a period of digital transformation. The role is dynamic and fast-moving, providing a unique chance to gain insight into the broadcast media industry and develop your career in this field. Both contract and full-time openings are available, requiring full-time hours Monday through Friday, with occasional late shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and finalize daily television broadcast schedules.
- Manage the content within commercial breaks and perform quality checks before airing.
- Ensure all finalized schedules conform to industry regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to accurately integrate necessary data into daily schedules.
Candidate Profile
You should be proactive and self-driven, possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work within a team and build business relationships. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in administration, retail sales, or data entry, as well as solid computer literacy and strong data entry abilities. An analytical mindset and focus on accuracy are advantageous.
