Role Overview

We are seeking seasoned Scaffolders to join our bridge maintenance projects in the UAE. This position requires erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems to ensure safe access for inspection, repair, and rehabilitation of bridges and associated infrastructure.

Key Duties

• Construct, adjust, and disassemble scaffolding frameworks such as towers, platforms, guardrails, and access setups.
• Adhere to approved plans, procedural method statements, and instructions from supervisors.
• Guarantee that scaffolding structures are stable, adequately braced, and securely fastened at all times.
• Perform daily inspections and report any defects or hazardous conditions promptly.
• Assist with the loading, unloading, and arrangement of scaffolding materials on-site.
• Facilitate bridge maintenance activities including concrete repairs, inspections, and painting by providing safe working access.

Required Qualifications

• Between 3 to 5 years of experience working as a scaffolder in construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience in bridge maintenance or highway-related projects is advantageous.
• Capability to work confidently at height and in diverse outdoor environments.
• Fundamental understanding of scaffold assembly, disassembly, and related safety standards.
• Possession of scaffolding certifications such as CISRS, OSHA, or their equivalents is preferred.
• Physically robust to manage heavy materials efficiently.

Additional Details

• Prior UAE work experience in infrastructure or bridge-related projects is beneficial.
• Knowledge of modular and tube-and-fitting scaffolding systems is required.
