About the Role
Medpace is expanding its operations and seeks a dedicated full-time SAS Programmer to join the Biostatistics team at its Mumbai office. This position offers an opportunity to apply your SAS programming skills in critical projects that contribute significantly to the company's success, while enhancing your career growth through ongoing learning and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop SAS scripts for generating analysis datasets, tables, listings, and graphical figures.
- Utilize SAS for programming, validating, and maintaining mapped databases.
- Create programs to perform edit checks on external data sources.
- Serve as a liaison with Data Management teams to clarify database specifications and handle data transfers effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Health Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
- Certification in SAS programming is essential.
- Practical SAS knowledge with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
