SAP SuccessFactors Specialist

Job Overview

This position demands an in-depth comprehension of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on its technical architecture, modular components, security features, and integration capabilities. The candidate must possess a thorough understanding of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and be adept at managing and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors implementations in diverse business settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Exhibit expertise in SuccessFactors technology and maintain proficiency with its evolving capabilities.
• Design tailored solutions and oversee their implementation within the organization.
• Continuously optimize system performance and drive improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business Analysis.
• Minimum of five years’ experience developing and managing SuccessFactors systems.
• Strong knowledge of change management and implementation techniques.
• Familiarity with multiple HR systems, including the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite, payroll systems, and analytical tools like Tableau.
• Experience with content management platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency with electronic survey tools including SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, and Survey Gizmo.
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel with VBA, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience managing contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ability to conduct system investigations and benchmarking analyses.
