SAP Retail Solution Architect

Role Overview

The SAP Retail Solution Architect will lead the design and governance of a comprehensive retail solution architecture as part of an SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. This permanent position based in Dubai involves overseeing the integration and scalability of retail solutions across various platforms and international retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide solution architecture encompassing SAP S/4HANA Retail, SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Point of Sale (POS), and e-commerce systems.
• Architect omnichannel retail frameworks integrating physical stores, digital commerce, and distribution channels.
• Drive implementation of SAP CAR features, including POS data ingestion, demand aggregation, and real-time analytics for retail operations.
• Define comprehensive retail workflows covering merchandising, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and omnichannel order fulfillment.
• Ensure flawless integration between retail, supply chain, and financial systems.
• Govern architecture standards across functional, data, and integration domains.
• Facilitate retail rollout plans from initial pilots to complete multi-market deployments.

Required Expertise

• Profound knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Retail modules.
• Experience working with SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR).
• Competence in designing omnichannel retail architectures.
• Expertise in integrating Retail POS systems.
• Strong background in enterprise-level SAP solution architecture.
