Job Overview
We are seeking experienced SAP PP Consultants to join our Bangalore office. The role involves configuring and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) modules, optimizing manufacturing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain SAP PP solutions aligned with business needs.
- Conduct analysis and improvements of manufacturing workflows.
- Handle production planning, capacity management, and execution activities.
- Coordinate with teams in SAP MM, QM, PM, SD, and EWM for integrated processes.
- Provide support during implementation, system rollout, upgrades, and production maintenance.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) including Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Demand Management.
- Proficient in Capacity Planning, Production Orders, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, and Routings.
- Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA platforms.
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, QM, PM, SD, and EWM modules.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes—discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing.
- Good stakeholder management abilities and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: BE/B.Tech, BCA, or B.Sc in Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP PP consulting experience.
