Job Overview

The role focuses on the administration of Mainframe CICS environments along with MQ components, primarily based in Mumbai and Bangalore. Ideal candidates will have 7 to 15 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle vendor and IBM support by navigating IBM and associated vendor websites, initiate problem tickets, raise queries, and prepare/send relevant system dumps.
• Apply extensive knowledge of SMP/E to manage installation tasks for CICS and related software products.
• Utilize in-depth expertise in ACF2 security to install and configure security on CICS and affiliated products, including the creation of ACF2 security rules relevant to CICS environments.
• Demonstrate moderate proficiency in SMF data handling, especially gathering and analyzing CICS 110 record data.
• Possess strong problem-solving capabilities to identify root causes of issues and implement appropriate corrective measures.
