SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Role Overview

An immediate opening exists for a seasoned SAP HCM Payroll Consultant based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands expertise in managing extensive payroll systems and working intimately with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions. The consultant will be instrumental in supporting a major organization through end-to-end payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience with SAP HCM Payroll modules.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll platforms.
• Minimum of five years specialized in SAP Payroll implementations and support.
• Comprehensive knowledge of payroll lifecycle and processes from start to finish.
• Proven competence managing payroll for sizable and complex employee groups.
• Expertise in configuring payroll parameters and resolving system issues effectively.
• Familiarity with payroll components such as schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), wage types, and control mechanisms.
• Experience in integration and data synchronization involving EC and ECP.
• Ability to swiftly analyze and remedy client payroll issues.
• Prior experience with Saudi Arabia's payroll regulations and practices highly advantageous.
