SAP Functional Consultant (EWM)

About The Role

The Reject Shop, now under the global retail leader Dollarama, is expanding and modernizing its workforce systems as part of a significant growth phase heading into 2026. We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant specializing in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to join our technology team at the Store Support Centre. This hands-on role involves supporting the implementation and ongoing management of SAP EWM in a key transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all phases of SAP EWM implementation from design through deployment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to the business during design, build, testing, and rollout.
• Contribute actively to requirements gathering, process design, and system configuration workstreams.
• Provide post-go-live platform support including issue resolution and user assistance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Technology teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives within the SAP EWM environment.
• Assist in documentation, knowledge sharing, and preparation for operational readiness.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum five years of experience in a functional SAP consulting role.
• Robust practical knowledge of SAP EWM modules and functionality.
• Prior involvement in SAP EWM implementation projects is essential.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and workflows.
• Experience coordinating with external implementation partners.
• Excellent communication skills capable of bridging technical and business discussions.
• Proactive and detail-focused with commitment to quality delivery.
