Job Description and Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle and provide ongoing support for SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Lease Accounting, and Fixed Assets.
• Ensure effective integration between SAP S/4HANA and the Veson IMOS Platform (VIP), facilitating accurate voyage accounting, financial postings, and reconciliations.
• Examine, document, and enhance business processes related to finance, commercial operations, and voyage accounting.
• Transform business needs into functional SAP solutions to manage revenue recognition, cost allocations, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Commercial teams to gather, validate, and prioritize their requirements.
• Serve as the main communication channel between business users, IT departments, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Assist the Project Manager in steering the SAP S/4HANA program including tracking milestones, managing risks, and coordinating workstreams.
• Design, configure, and conduct testing of SAP solutions to meet operational requirements.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
• Support planning and execution of data migration activities, ensuring data integrity through validation and reconciliation.
• Contribute to go-live readiness by preparing user training, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
• Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring timely delivery of agreed services.
• Drive resolution of issues and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years and up to 10 years of experience in SAP implementations, business analysis, or IT project management.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance components including AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting.
• Strong understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P), Voyage Accounting, and Financial Reporting processes.
• Experience in industries such as shipping, maritime, logistics, transportation, or energy is preferred.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, writing functional specifications, and facilitating UAT.
• Track record of delivering SAP solutions across complex, multi-location environments.
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are beneficial.
• Excellent analytical abilities coupled with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
