SAP BW/4HANA & SAP Datasphere Data Analytics Engineer

About the Role

Saber Well Consulting Ltd, a Canada-based IT and SAP consultancy, is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer focused on SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere. This role supports a client's data infrastructure project and requires working onsite at Sector 85, Mohali with a 7 PM to 3 AM IST shift, Monday through Friday. The hours correspond to the Canadian client's business cycle to enable real-time collaboration during their business hours.

Job Details

• Work hours: 7 PM to 3 AM IST, Monday to Friday
• Location: Onsite at Mohali, India
• Contract Type: C2C, with possible extension depending on performance and project demands

Responsibilities

• Receive technical hand-off from a Senior Consultant daily during shift start (7 PM - 9 PM IST)
• Independently build, maintain and debug SAP data infrastructure components
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues during overnight shifts
• Provide escalation support for critical issues when on-call
• Assume full accountability for assigned tasks with minimal supervision

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of production experience with SAP BW/4HANA
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere
• Expertise in data modeling including ADSOs, Composite Providers, and Data Spaces
• Proficient in coding with ABAP routines, AMDP, Native SQL, and CDS views
• Strong debugging capabilities, especially for pipeline and data flow issues
• Motivated to continuously learn and adopt evolving SAP technologies and best practices

Eligibility

Applicants should have any graduate degree or a Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Science and Business System, or Information Technology.
