Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer SAP systems to guarantee high performance and availability.
• Perform continuous system monitoring, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune performance.
• Apply and maintain SAP security frameworks and policies.
• Plan and carry out SAP system upgrades, patches, and installations.
• Work closely with diverse teams to support SAP-related projects and initiatives.
• Offer technical advice and support to end-users and key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Academic credentials in BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MSc.
• At least six years of professional experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP systems and their architectures.

Preferred Expertise

• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA management and performance tuning.
• Documented history of successful SAP system implementations and upgrades.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with resilience in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective team collaboration.
