This position demands comprehensive practical knowledge in SAP ABAP for Human Resources. The candidate must be well-versed in HR-related infotypes, organizational structures, and logical databases like PNP and PNPCE. Expertise in payroll and time management clusters is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom reports specific to HR requirements.
- Implement enhancements and user exits tailored for HR modules.
- Work with HR-centric BAdIs to improve functionality.
- Optimize the performance of various HR reports for efficient output.
- Understand basic concepts of HR authorization schemes and data protection.
- Manage transport requests and follow change control procedures accurately.
- Interact with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira to track issues and changes.
