Position Overview

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Sandwich Maker. This role involves preparing menu items including scratch-baked bread, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches using wholesome ingredients within a collaborative team environment.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• A positive, proactive mindset with ability to work efficiently and accurately following preparation standards.
• Capability to multitask effectively, learn from errors, and assist other departments proactively.
• Preferred but not mandatory: At least one year of kitchen or relevant work experience.
• Commitment to adhere strictly to food handler and sanitation regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
• Flexibility in schedule as shifts vary weekly based on customer demand and seasonal changes; shifts can begin as early as 7 AM and finish as late as 11 PM from Monday through Saturday.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk continuously during shifts with minimal opportunities for sitting; must be capable of performing essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
