Role and Responsibilities

  • Embodies and promotes company vision and values.
  • Ensures consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Applies Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) appropriately.
  • Executes diverse sample preparation tasks to guarantee sample uniformity, including but not limited to labeling, transferring, using liquid nitrogen, milling, blending, weighing, and disposal of samples.
  • Effectively communicates sample-related information and flags discrepancies to relevant personnel, aiding in issue resolution.
  • Handles inquiries and requests from internal customers professionally.
  • Collaborates with customer service coordinators to address client or sample concerns.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the team with collaborative support.
  • Acquires knowledge on sample preparation procedures involving larger equipment and basic maintenance or repairs, including placing work orders.
  • Participates in cross-training for food and dietary supplement preparation procedures.
  • Conducts all tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • High School diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in roles demanding high attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service abilities, including accuracy, confidentiality, and effective communication.
  • Ability to recognize and communicate customer service requirements.
  • Competency in conflict resolution.
  • Good documentation practices.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new tasks efficiently.
  • Critical thinking and quick problem-solving capabilities.
