About the Role
Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a dedicated Salon Ambassador with prior experience in the luxury sector such as retail or hospitality. The ideal candidate will exhibit an exceptional sense of client service, hospitality, and attention to detail, paired with a passion for jewelry, artistic craftsmanship, and the Maison's heritage. Fluency in multiple languages including English, combined with a dynamic, communicative, and flexible attitude, is essential to succeed in this high-end retail environment serving an international clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a superior client experience by guiding customers seamlessly from greeting through to sales and follow-up engagements.
- Drive sales growth and foster clienteling efforts including recruiting new clients, processing sales transactions, and cultivating enduring client relationships.
- Serve as a Maison ambassador by showcasing comprehensive knowledge of its history, products, and brand ethos.
- Support and contribute to salon events, visual merchandising, and boutique presentation adhering strictly to Maison's standards.
- Manage daily operational tasks such as inventory control, stock management, supply coordination, back-office system usage, and administrative activities.
- Uphold stringent compliance with Maison policies, procedures, and careful product handling at all times.
