Job Location and Experience
This role is based in Hyderabad and requires 4 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements to design comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and generate appropriate test data.
- Conduct a variety of testing types including functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT.
- Test various Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Validate custom Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Verify the functionality of workflows, process builder configurations, and flows.
- Carry out API testing and integration checks using REST and SOAP protocols.
- Identify and log defects, track their resolution process using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
- Perform data validation tasks and ETL testing when necessary.
- Participate actively in Agile team activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain compliance with established testing standards and best practices.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience testing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning UI.
- Basic knowledge of Apex programming and SOQL queries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
- Experience using test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.
- Knowledge of API testing utilities like Postman and SoapUI.
- Understanding of SQL and skills in data validation.
Preferred Automation Skills
- Experience with automation tools including Selenium, Provar (Salesforce-focused), UFT, and optionally Cypress.
- Knowledge of CI/CD systems like Jenkins and Azure DevOps to support continuous integration and deployment.

- Background in performance testing using tools like JMeter.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes within Salesforce environments.
- Exposure to Einstein Analytics or AI features embedded in Salesforce.
Education Requirements
