Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Supervisor to oversee and optimize Salesforce CRM solutions, support diverse business demands, and liaise effectively with both IT and business units to guarantee robust CRM operations. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, project leadership capabilities, and experience specific to the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or food service sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Salesforce applications, driving continuous improvements and new features.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives including requirement analysis, execution, and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to accurately capture needs and transform them into efficient Salesforce configurations.
- Coordinate with developers, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Oversee system performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and manage integrations and user requirements.
- Support and enhance functionalities across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting modules.
- Align CRM processes and solutions with organizational objectives and operational workflows.
- Organize testing phases, deployment plans, user assistance, and champion system adoption within the organization.
- Ensure thorough documentation, governance practices, and adherence to system standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related areas.
- Minimum of 6 years’ cumulative CRM experience, including at least 3 years leading Salesforce projects and implementations.
- Expertise in Salesforce platform; familiarity with another CRM system like Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work with cross-disciplinary business and technical teams effectively.
- Demonstrated success in delivering CRM project outcomes and system enhancements.
- Preferred experience within Quick Service Restaurant or food service industries.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as CRM workflows, integrations, and data management.
- Strong project coordination, communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, and Salesforce credentials are favorable.
