Responsibilities

• Advocate and refine software engineering methodologies fostering continuous improvement and excellence.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, making strategic technological decisions in line with the company's goals.
• Engage in solution architecture reviews, steering teams to creative and effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to craft product roadmaps addressing business needs and expanding market opportunities.
• Translate complex business requirements into solid technical strategies and implementations.
• Drive talent acquisition, nurture team growth through mentoring, and develop a high-performing engineering workforce.
• Oversee technical debt management to ensure scalable, sustainable, and modern system architecture.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership or managerial position.
• Demonstrated skills in mentoring and team leadership.
• Strong grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience managing software releases effectively.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of AWS or similar cloud platforms.

AI-Driven Engineering Initiatives

• Lead AI-first engineering methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Champion the integration of AI-driven tools for development, testing, documentation, code review, and operations.
• Assess and deploy cutting-edge AI technologies, including frameworks, agents, and productivity enhancers.
• Develop team expertise in prompt engineering, context management, agent orchestration, and AI-assisted solutions.
• Implement governance frameworks for quality assurance and responsible AI usage across teams.

Technical Expertise

• Microsoft/.NET stack: .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#.NET, VB.NET
• Full-stack web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, Angular or React
• API and integration knowledge: SOAP, REST, SOA, XML, XSL, JSON
• Database systems: SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB
• Messaging platforms: RabbitMQ, AWS SNS/SQS
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment and security protocols: Jenkins, SAML SSO, OAuth, OIDC
• AI tools and agents: Rovo, Git-Copilot, Copilot, Claude
