Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain innovative Salesforce solutions. The role involves working extensively with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud to deliver quality products that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to gather business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions tailored to customer demands.
• Diagnose and resolve issues concerning integrations across Salesforce products, especially focusing on Triggers and Flow automation.
• Create automated testing frameworks to guarantee timely and high-standard project deliveries.

Requirements

• Between 3 to 7 years of professional experience developing Salesforce applications leveraging Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including development with Lightning Web Components.
• Expertise in writing Apex classes, triggers, interfaces, and Flow automations to implement customized business logic.
• Solid experience integrating multiple external systems using APIs or other integration mechanisms.
• Familiarity with out-of-the-box (OOTB) Salesforce configurations.
