About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Tester to join their team in Chennai. This opportunity is designed for candidates with 5 to 13 years of relevant experience working on Salesforce QA testing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform both manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality and quality.
- Validate various Salesforce components including configurations, customizations, integrations, and business process workflows.
- Develop comprehensive test cases, meticulously report defects, and contribute to delivering high-quality software releases.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Salesforce QA testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud modules.
- Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing methodologies.
- Ability to validate Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Competence in REST and SOAP API testing.
- Familiarity with automation tools including Selenium, Provar, and Copado.
- Experience working within Agile software development frameworks.
