Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer based in Chennai for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, preferably in B2C Commerce (Demandware), performing implementation, enhancements, migration, and support assignments.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Develop and maintain solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, particularly with Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA).
- Create and manage SFCC cartridges, controllers, pipelines, and implement custom business logic.
- Work extensively with web technologies including JavaScript, ISML, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, and jQuery.
- Manage catalog, product, pricing, inventory, and promotions within the commerce platform.
- Integrate third-party systems via OCAPI, SCAPI, including payment gateways, tax services, and shipping providers.
- Configure and administer the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager environment.
- Design and optimize customer account management, checkout processes, and order management workflows.
- Utilize version control and CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins for deployment.
- Develop and integrate web services utilizing REST APIs and middleware.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and provide application support to ensure site performance, caching, and scalability.
- Collaborate using Agile or Scrum methodologies within cross-functional teams.
- Additional advantage given to experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM integrations.
- A Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer certification is preferred.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of six years professional experience working in Salesforce Commerce Cloud development roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Ability to work cooperatively with business, functional, and technical teams to design and deliver ecommerce solutions.

This opportunity is based in Chennai with a walk-in recruitment process scheduled for 26 August (Saturday).
