Job Overview
Take charge of comprehensive Salesforce architecture and deployment initiatives involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and additional Salesforce products. Partner closely with business units to capture their needs and engineer scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform. Architect enterprise-grade systems covering integration methods, data structures, and security protocols tailored for Salesforce environments.
Required Expertise
The ideal candidate must have experience with public sector solutions and health cloud implementations. Familiarity with omni studio technology, CRM strategic planning, and driving digital transformation efforts is essential. Demonstrated capability as an enterprise architect with knowledge of industry cloud compliance and identity management strategies is required. Competence in DevSecOps methodologies, governance frameworks, architect standards, and generative AI service design is mandatory. Additionally, expertise in legal system transformation and mastery of integration and API strategy is crucial for success in this role.
