About the Role

Omsps Global Tech Private Limited seeks a motivated Sales Team Leader to manage and optimize telesales operations. This position requires efficiently handling daily activities to ensure seamless process flow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and streamline daily organizational operations ensuring efficiency.
• Maintain and update operational data with precision and promptness.
• Validate and cross-check information to guarantee data accuracy and detect any inconsistencies.
• Systematically organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
• Offer administrative assistance and coordinate interdepartmental activities.
• Generate operational reports and summaries to aid management in decision-making.
• Handle all sensitive company information with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements and Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Minimum completion of 12th grade; graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Experience: Open to candidates with varied experience levels.
• Strong emphasis on detail orientation and maintaining accuracy in daily tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills coupled with the capability to multitask effectively.
• Robust communication and coordination ability to liaise across departments.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and Word is essential.
• Availability to work six days a week during the day shift.

Additional Information

Compensation ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 28,000 per month.
