Role Purpose
This role involves assisting the Sales Support Manager by leading and nurturing the front-of-house team that handles all customer-facing processes. Additionally, the position includes supporting back-of-house activities such as meeting internal audit standards and ensuring daily administrative duties are completed promptly.
Working Hours
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Thursday and Friday: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have proven retail experience, particularly in large-scale or big-box retail settings. Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. A genuine passion for enhancing both customer and staff experiences is highly valued.
