About the Role
As a Sales Support Officer at Bishopp, you will be the meticulous individual responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of advertising campaigns from booking through to execution. This role demands a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy throughout all stages of campaign management. You will interact with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to keep campaigns on track across a vast network of traditional billboards, digital billboards, and airport advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide vital support to the sales team throughout the client experience, covering advertising orders and campaign fulfillment.
- Handle multitasking efficiently by prioritising tasks amid various competing demands.
- Process and manage substantial volumes of artwork, data, and information with precision and efficiency.
- Carefully review and identify any errors or inconsistencies before they impact campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of advertising campaigns.
- Own your workload by following through on tasks until successful completion.
