Role Overview

The Sales Specialist position is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role involves welcoming clients, assessing their vehicle care requirements, and recommending tailored detailing and paint protection options. Daily duties cover customer consultations, preparing price quotations, explaining various service offerings and advantages, and assisting customers with booking procedures.

Additional responsibilities include managing and following up on sales inquiries, maintaining an active sales pipeline, fostering customer loyalty through proactive communications, and supporting service satisfaction monitoring. Collaboration with the detailing team and precise sales record management through CRM software are key. Continuous training on products and services is expected to remain well-informed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach that nurtures trust and lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated success in sales, especially consultative selling and upselling within a service-oriented or automotive context.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-moving on-site setting, paying close attention to quality and client satisfaction.
• Interest or prior experience related to automotive or luxury goods sectors is advantageous.
• Basic familiarity with sales or CRM tools, including maintaining accurate client and sales data.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered a valuable asset.
• Minimum educational attainment of high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in business, marketing, or similar fields are beneficial.
