Sales Representative

About the Role

Ninja, a rapidly expanding food delivery service, is seeking a driven Sales Representative to strengthen its sales force. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in onboarding new restaurant partners and enhancing relationships with current partners to boost their success on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential restaurant partners to expand the network.
• Effectively present and advocate for the platform's offerings and services.
• Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements.
• Provide ongoing assistance to existing partners to elevate their sales performance.
• Maintain and nurture robust partnerships to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless operations.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor movements.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Prior sales experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficient in English.
• Pragmatic, proactive, and target-driven approach.
• Comfortable working both in the field and office settings.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and attain objectives.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
