Role Summary
We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives based in Kitchener/Cambridge to serve as the primary ambassadors of Neo’s financial products, including the Neo Credit Card and Neo Money account. This role involves direct customer acquisition and signing up clients at various event locations within the city.

Compensation
The pay structure includes a base rate of $20.00 CAD per hour plus uncapped instant commission, resulting in an average on-target earning of approximately $36.00 CAD per hour (~$74,880 annually).
Candidate Profile
- Highly motivated by financial incentives and eager to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excited to promote financial technology and products within the local community.
- Willing and able to travel across various event venues in the city.
- Previous sales experience, such as direct, door-to-door, retail, telemarketing, or marketing, is advantageous.
