Job description
Overview
Join Novartis as a Sales Representative specializing in Immunology, based in Dammam. This is a field-oriented role focused on building trusted partnerships with healthcare providers, implementing strategic territory plans, and driving sustained sales expansion by delivering insightful, compliant engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets, increase market share, and optimize territory performance in line with agreed objectives.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals through both face-to-face and digital interactions.
- Implement brand and marketing campaigns utilizing verified product information and clinical data.
- Leverage customer insights, CRM systems, and multiple communication channels to prioritize accounts and tailor engagement approaches.
- Collect and disseminate intelligence on customers, market dynamics, and competitors to enhance business strategies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Medical departments, to meet customer needs and support patient care.
- Handle territory resources, manage forecasts, maintain accurate records, and control expenses in a responsible manner.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, ethical obligations, and local laws and regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or relevant sales roles.
- Preferred experience in biologics or immunology-related product portfolios.
- Proven ability to deliver results through effective customer engagement and strategic territory management.
- Proficiency in utilizing data analytics, CRM platforms, and digital tools to optimize customer interactions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey clinical and product information clearly and authoritatively.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and adherence to compliance and responsible business practices.
