Key Responsibilities

• Initiate telephone acquisition of potential new clients through both warm and cold contacts
• Conduct complimentary initial consultations for needs assessment
• Maintain telephone communication with existing contacts
• Plan and manage the preparation and follow-up of appointments with potential clients

Qualifications

• A formal qualification is helpful but not mandatory
• Comfortable with extensive telephone communication
• Ability to adhere to established processes
• Quick comprehension and high discipline
• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of precision
• Capability to handle performance pressure effectively
• Calm, pleasant, and attractive voice
• Clean and error-free written communication in German
• Prior knowledge in online marketing is advantageous but not required
