Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Sales Representative position is located in Dural, Sydney, designed exclusively for Australian citizens residing in the Sydney Metro area. The role focuses on managing and maintaining existing customer accounts while also driving new business through proactive cold calling and business development within the B2B technology product sector. You will receive mentoring from an experienced sales leader with over 25 years overseeing successful teams and be involved in account management, business development, and customer visits.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and nurture the current customer base to ensure continued business.
- Perform cold-calling activities to generate new customer leads.
- Acquire product and software knowledge rapidly to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Execute the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Travel to customer locations as necessary to support sales and service.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years proven sales experience (customer service alone will not qualify).
- Track record of delivering a high level of customer service.
- Quick learner with the capability to grasp product and software details swiftly.
- Ability to thrive and succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Possesses positive energy, resilience, and self-motivation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong aptitude for relationship building and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates honesty, professionalism, reliability, and maturity.
- Must be an Australian citizen with no working visa eligibility, residing in Sydney Metro to enable daily travel to Dural.
