CreatorLab is an expanding digital media agency collaborating with TikTok creators and live stream influencers to boost their earnings and increase their online visibility.
Role Overview
We are looking to enlarge our sales team with motivated individuals who are confident communicators enthusiastic about persuading others. As a Sales Representative, your primary tasks include identifying active TikTok creators, initiating contact via social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, progressing conversations towards WhatsApp or phone, outlining the merits of partnering with our agency, onboarding new clients successfully, and maintaining consistent follow-ups with your leads. This role is target-oriented and focuses heavily on communication and deal closure.
Responsibilities
- Locate active TikTok creators aligned with our agency's goals.
- Engage creators through social media channels including TikTok and Instagram.
- Transition initial interactions into private messaging platforms like WhatsApp or phone calls.
- Effectively communicate the advantages of joining our agency to potential clients.
- Convince and onboard creators to collaborate with CreatorLab.
- Manage and follow up consistently on your lead pipeline.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident and persuasive demeanor capable of convincing potential clients.
- Comfort with proactively reaching out to new contacts daily.
- Strong organizational skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
Prior experience in sales, call centers, recruiting, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
