Role Overview
The Sales Project Lead will be instrumental in steering and coordinating complex projects across multiple teams, aimed at improving customer experiences and furthering organisational goals. This role demands rigorous delivery discipline, fostering transparency and structure in all initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the delivery of departmental projects and broader enterprise remediation efforts.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality project execution in line with established KPIs, deadlines, priorities, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee and manage inter-team risks, dependencies, key milestones, and progress to identify and address obstacles early.
- Create and sustain efficient delivery frameworks through appropriate planning, governance, and structured routines.
- Clarify and maintain clear responsibilities and accountability for outcomes across stakeholders and teams.
- Collaborate with specialist units such as Business Improvement, Change Management, Communications, Legal, Risk, and Value Streams to ensure success.
- Assist Risk, Legal, and Remediation teams with investigating potential remediation concerns.
- Drive remediation initiatives to completion with thorough documentation and evidence collection.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an organised, persuasive, and cooperative delivery expert who excels at simplifying complex processes and engaging a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A relevant business qualification or significant experience in project management, remediation work, or risk management.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and influence, including experience liaising with senior leadership.
- Comprehensive skills in project delivery, business analysis, change management, or governance frameworks.
- Sound knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to integrate Agile with non-Agile environments.
- Deep understanding of risk assessment and management in regulated settings.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
