About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Product Administrator to join our team in Johnsonville, Wellington. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for those beginning their professional journey and looking to cultivate skills in sales, product management, administration, and technology within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to sales inquiries and support various customer projects.
- Coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and manage inventory across warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) sites.
- Oversee product samples, handle warranty issues, and process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests.
- Maintain and update product documentation, specifications, and website content.
- Communicate with suppliers to gather up-to-date product information.
- Provide assistance with product reporting and quarterly commission tracking.
- Contribute to simple lighting design projects utilizing AGI and DIALux software as skills develop.
Candidate Profile
- Logical thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communicator comfortable working across various teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn.
- Proactive in identifying challenges and providing solutions.
- Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification or degree is favorable.
- Exposure to AGI or DIALux is beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
